2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Connecting Third-Party Platforms

Content44 lets you connect third-party accounts such as TikTok in order to publish content on your behalf. When you connect a platform, you authorize Content44 to act within the permissions (scopes) you grant. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms, policies, and community guidelines — including, for TikTok, the TikTok Terms of Service, Developer Terms, and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish through Content44 complies with those rules and with all applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Content44 to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.
• Violate the terms, policies, or community guidelines of any connected platform.
• Send spam, or post content you do not have the rights to use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

5. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create or upload to Content44. You grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the service and publishing content to the platforms you direct. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for having the necessary rights to it.

6. Third-Party Services

Content44 relies on and integrates with third-party services, including TikTok and our infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their respective terms. Platform features and APIs may change or become unavailable, which may affect Content44’s functionality.

7. Disclaimers

Content44 is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be successfully published to any platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Content44 and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using Content44 and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Content44 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
