Content44 (“Content44,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a dashboard that helps people create, organize, schedule, and publish social media content across connected platforms, including TikTok. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using Content44, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Account information.
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. Authentication is handled by our infrastructure provider (Supabase); we do not store your password in plain text.
Content you create.
We store the posts, captions, media files, ideas, schedules, and other content you create or upload so we can display it back to you and publish it to the platforms you choose.
Connected platform data (including TikTok).
When you connect a third-party account such as TikTok, we use OAuth to receive an access token and refresh token, and we access only the information permitted by the scopes you approve. For TikTok this includes your basic profile information (display name and avatar, via user.info.basic) and permission to upload and publish video content on your behalf (via video.upload and video.publish). We do not access your private videos, direct messages, or any data the scopes you grant do not cover.
Usage data.
We may collect basic technical information such as log data, device and browser type, and timestamps to operate, secure, and improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and operate the Content44 service.
- To publish, schedule, and manage content to the platforms you have connected, at your direction.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To respond to your requests and provide customer support.
- To improve and develop features, and to diagnose technical issues.
- To comply with legal obligations and platform requirements.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Connected platforms. When you publish or schedule content, we transmit that content and the associated tokens to the relevant platform (for example, TikTok) to carry out your request, subject to that platform’s own terms and privacy policy.
- Service providers. We use trusted infrastructure providers, including Supabase for database, authentication, and file storage, who process data on our behalf and are bound to protect it.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Content44, our users, or others.
4. TikTok Data Use and Compliance
Our use and transfer of information received from TikTok APIs adheres to the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and applicable TikTok policies. We use TikTok data solely to provide the features you request — logging you in and publishing content to your TikTok account. We do not use TikTok data for advertising, do not sell or rent it, and do not share it with any party other than as needed to deliver the service you requested.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can disconnect any connected platform at any time, which revokes the stored access tokens for that platform. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data yourself at any time from Settings → Account, or by contacting us at team.infinityskyai@gmail.com. 6. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database. Access tokens are stored securely and used only to perform actions you have authorized. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and promptly address any issues.
7. Children's Privacy
Content44 is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Content44 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
